MINUTES OF ANNUAL MEETING

  1. CALL TO ORDER

    President Cindy Welch called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

  2. NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT

    3. The slate of NACPRO Board of Directors recommended by the Nominating Committee was presented by Jon Brady. The slate (attachment A) identifies the recommended NACPRO Board of Directors for the term 2001-2003. On motion of Bill Mitchell, seconded by Dan Gooch the slate of NACPRO Board of Directors was unanimously approved.

    Mr. Brady presented the recommended slate of NACPRO Officers for the term 2001-2002. On motion of Bill Mitchell, seconded by Bill Scalzo the slate of NACPRO Officers for 2001-2002 was unanimously approved.

  3. CONSIDERATION OF BY-LAW CHANGES

    4. The recommended changes in the by-laws presented previously by Ron Benson was discussed. On motion of Bill Scalzo, seconded by Tim Schreiner the recommended changes to the NACPRO by-laws were approved.

  4. ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL MEETING

On motion of Bob Nickovich, seconded by Annette Wise the Annual meeting of NACPRO was adjourned at 4:10 P.M.
