Professional Membership is available to any official elected or appointed, associated with county government, who by virtue of his/her position has parks and/or recreation administrative or policy-making authority, and whose county is a member of NACo. Also, any person who, in the opinion of the Association, has rendered distinguished service to the cause of improving parks and recreation shall be eligible for honorary membership.
