NACPRO Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is conducted in the spring or summer and may be held in conjunction with other association conferences, such as the NACo Annual Conference or Special Park District Forum. During the annual meeting, NACPRO conducts a county park tour, awards banquet, educational sessions, and a board meeting.

2026 Annual Meeting

Registration is now open for the NACPRO 2026 Annual Meeting in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, Florida. Join us May 19–20 for a focused, high-impact gathering of park and recreation leaders from across the country.

Hosted by Sarasota County and Charlotte County, this year’s meeting combines engaging tours, timely discussions, and valuable peer exchange in a setting known for innovation in parks, conservation, and community engagement.
